Our Trades for All programme aims to become the first asset locked, community multi-trade building service, staffed by a majority of young people.
Working with local retired trades people, we deliver discounted trades work to community organisations, commercial project and private individuals. This work is carried out by our in-house trades team, who have a range of experience in all trades. This team is made up from trainees, apprentices, and early career trades people. This programme give everyone involved an opportunities to share skills and experiences as well as the chance to create new friendships.
As a local community organisation, all of the revenue generated through this service, goes back into our organisation to improve our services and create further employment opportunities. We are always on the lookout for local community projects that we can deliver or private trade works. As part of our on-site training, if your local community project has the requirement for any kind of trade work, from Joinery and Plumbing to Decorating and Groundworks, we can help you with this project and use this as an on-site training opportunity for our young learners.
We will begin recruiting for our trainee and apprenticeship roles Summer 2021.
